Usage Isofraxidin, a coumarin component derived from Acanthopanax Senticosus, inhibits mMP-7 expression and invasion of human liver cancer cells. Isofraxidin acts on liver cancer cells and inhibits erK1/2 phosphorylation. Isofraxidin attenuated the expression of iNOS and COX-2, and inhibited the formation of TLR4/ myeloid differentiation protein 2 (MD-2) complex.
