They have a green skin with faint stripes and a small white or yellow tip at the end.Lemon Cucumber Appearance: Lemon cucumbers are round or slightly oval, about the size of a lemon, with a yellow-green skin that looks very similar to a lemon, hence the name. They lack the traditional cucumber's elongated shape.Cucamelon Taste: They have a unique flavor profile, combining the crispness of a cucumber with a hint of citrus, reminiscent of a lime or lemon, making them both refreshing and slightly tangy.Lemon Cucumber Taste: They have a mild, sweet flavor with less of the bitterness you might find in some varieties of green cucumbers.
