They have a unique natural smell when wet, but it fades once dry. We avoided fragrances to prevent skin sensitivity. The results are worth it!FOR BEST RESULTS - Wear Frownies nightly to soften expression lines by relaxing and splinting facial muscles. Results take time and consistency. For longer lasting effects, use nightly for 2-4 months as you retrain your facial muscles.EASY APPLICATION - Fold and tear patches along perforations. Wet the shiny side with warm water or Rose Water Hydrator. WAIT for the adhesive to get tacky, then apply, overlapping to cover the forehead.
