Product Return Policy

All sales from buyerxpo market place are final. No refund will be made unlace or until the product is damaged before shipping made from buyerxpo market place. In case of the damage product, buyer has to notify about the damage product with in the 15 days of the devilry date in a timely manner.

 

Supplier Return Policy

In case of suppliers or sellers instructions (if any) provided under their return policy, that would be followed accordingly.

BuyerXpo collects personal information when you register with BuyerXpo, when you use BuyerXpo products or services, when you visit BuyerXpo pages or the pages of certain BuyerXpo partners/affiliates. BuyerXpo may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. When you register with BuyerXpo and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

BuyerXpo collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners/affiliates, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

BuyerXpo automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, BuyerXpo cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

BuyerXpo uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research/servey, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
 

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

• We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with BuyerXpo under confidentiality agreements. • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of BuyerXpo's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if BuyerXpo is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, BuyerXpo will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

BuyerXpo displays targeted advertisements based on personal information. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click targeted ads meet the targeting criteria-for example, women ages 18-24 from a particular geographic area.
 

• BuyerXpo does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
• BuyerXpo advertisers include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

BuyerXpo may set and access BuyerXpo cookies on your computer.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your BuyerXpo Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time.

New categories of marketing communications might be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the BuyerXpo service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the BuyerXpo Newsletter, that are considered part of your BuyerXpo account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.

Children

The Site and its contents are not intended to be targeted to minors under applicable law . However, we have no way of distinguishing the age of individuals who access our Site and so we carry out the same Privacy Policy for individuals of all ages. If a children has provided us with personal information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us to remove the information.


No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing

We and our users do not tolerate spam. Make sure to set your BuyerXpo notification preferences so we communicate to you as you prefer. You are not licensed to add other BuyerXpo users, even a user who has purchased an item from you, to your mailing list (email or physical mail) without their express consent. To report BuyerXpo-related spam or spoof emails to BuyerXpo, please forward the email to spam@buyerxpo.com or spoof@buyerxpo.com. You may not use our communication tools to send spam or otherwise send content that would violate our User Agreement. We automatically scan and may manually filter messages to check for spam, viruses, phishing attacks and other malicious activity or illegal or prohibited content, but we do not permanently store messages sent through these tools. If you send an email to an email address that is not registered in our community (via Refer-a-Friend or other tools), we do not permanently store that email or use that email address for any marketing purpose. We do not rent or sell these email addresses.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

BuyerXpo may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your BuyerXpo account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
